We believe that what we do within each ministry should flow purposefully out of what we value and love. Whether you have a family of 5 or are single and love to ride your mountain bike, you'll find a place to help you experience God.
Then people brought little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked them. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14
Just Becuz ... Our local ministry seeks ways to provide some unexpected kindness to those around us to help them know how much Jesus loves them. Early morning coffee and donuts at the train station, blood drives, gift bags to the community, and baby blankets for a local hospital are a few of our ways of showing God's love.

Women of Oakland
Proverbs 31:29-30 Many women do noble things but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
The Women of Oakland (WOO) work together to aim all of their efforts toward ministering to the entire woman; Body, Spirit, and Soul. But that's not all! WOO is always planning something -- whether it be making baby blankets for new mothers, organizing craft fairs for local artisans, or looking for some creative, fun way to minister the word of God through teaching and preaching so every woman is able to see her worth in Christ Jesus.
